Check your Movers list, and note who is in it at all times, and who is actively sponsoring and duplicating and not missing a day in visiting their homepage.
Contact the leaders in your group, and invite them to work with you in starting a team contest that will involve their own team.
Offer rewards of a share in your co-op, Gift Certificates, TCredits, or Reassignments for any milestone achieved during the month.
A $2 Gift Certificate for scoring 500 VP, for example, will start the momentum for the new PSA. This $2 can be used for Wave 3 Membership with monthly benefits.
Or start a Top Gun contest- with corresponding top rewards for being a Top Gun- for being consistently retaining high rank, or for sponsoring new 10 or more affiliates every month and developing leaders down the line.

Be sure to set up new goals as you accomplish old ones. Keep motivated. Don’t hesitate to modify your goal structure while work is in progress. Sometimes unforeseen circumstances could result in unexpected acceleration or undesirable setbacks. Don’t be surprised and become disoriented. It is only natural. What is most important though, is how you react and counter such realities. Set deadlines for your goals.
Certainly, it is a tough competitive world on the internet. Fact! Learn from those who have gone before us. It is Possible once you’re willing to do the work.
