Motivating Your Downline to Upgrade.

Q: What kind of e-
mails should I send
to the affiliates in
my downline to get
them to upgrade to
Executive Affiliate
(EA)?
A: Let me start by saying that’s the wrong way
to approach it. SFI has an extensive system
already in place to encourage upgrades. Every
day, for an affiliates’ first 30 days in SFI, they are
receiving SFI’s LaunchPad™ getting started
training message, which, in addition to the
training, is designed to show them the
opportunity available to them with SFI as an EA.
We also have other e-mails that automatically go
out to all affiliates at specific times, all of which
are designed to encourage upgrades and
maintaining of the rank of EA.
In other words, we’ve already got this covered for
you. If you are “piling on” with even more
messages about becoming an EA, you’re probably
doing more harm than good. Worse, you may be
painting yourself in your affiliates eyes as
someone who is just in it for “selfish” reasons—
that you’re just wanting them to upgrade so YOU
can “make some money off them.”
And if that’s what they think…guess what?
You’re going to get the OPPOSITE of what you
are after. You’re going to be actually having your
affiliates shutting the door on you and SFI
altogether. Not good!
Here’s what you SHOULD be doing: There’s an
old saying that people don’t care what you say
until they know you care, and it applies perfectly
here. If your affiliates get the impression in any
way that you just want to “make money off
them,” they’re going to resent you, and they’re
not going to want to do anything to help you,
which would of course include upgrading.
Therefore, your approach should ALWAYS be:
HOW CAN I HELP YOU?
All of your messages should revolve around this.
Make sure that this theme comes through loud
and clear! Don’t even bring up upgrading. Let SFI
be the one that “twists arms.” You stick totally
to things like:
“Do you have any questions I can answer for
you?”
“Is there anything I can clarify for you about the
SFI Compensation plan?”
“Have you been to the SFI Forum lately?
There’s a great thread there on how to X.”
“If there’s anything I can help you with, don’t
hesitate to ask.”
and so on.
This is how you will engage your affiliates and
build the critical relationships you need to create
a thriving team.
Your own newsletter, mailed out 2 to 4 times a
month, is also a superb way to stay in touch
while providing helpful tips, training, and ideas.
And what does such a newsletter say to your
affiliates? It says you’re working hard to provide
them with the information they need to succeed.
Not YOU, but THEM. And it says, “I’m here to
help.” For more tips on creating a newsletter,
Help them…and you help yourself. The more
people you help, the more successful you’ll be.
Q: What if I’m
offering a gift
certificate or some
other benefit for
becoming an EA?
A: Feel free to encourage your affiliates to
become EAs when you are offering valuable
benefits in return. When you offer a gift certificate
or reassignment of affiliates under them, for
example, you are CLEARLY trying to help them
become successful, which, again, is the KEY.

Pay-Per-Action

Marketing Aids
Generate SFI Affiliate sign-ups by referring
prospects to the following Gateway:
http://www.sfippa.com/15144709/real
You may also use the following marketing aids in
conjunction with the above Gateways. When using
these marketing aids, just be sure to replace the
sfi4.com domain with the sfippa.com domain!
• Banner Ads
• Text Ads
• Splash Pages for Traffic Exchanges
Bounty
Up to $10 for each qualified sign-up
The amount you earn per sign-up is determined
by the activity of your sign-ups. In short, we will
compare the average VersaPoints scored by your
sign-ups to the average VersaPoints scored by all
non-PPA-generated affiliates who joined SFI
during the same month as your sign-ups. This
comparison of averages helps ensure that
legitimate sign-ups are being generated.
• If your average is within 5% of the non-PPA
company average (plus or minus), you will earn
$1.50 per sign-up.
• If your average is outside of 5% but within 20%
of the non-PPA company average (plus or minus),
you will earn $.50 per sign-up.
• If your average is outside of 20% of the non-
PPA company average (plus or minus), no bounty
or bonus will be paid.
BONUSES:
1. Earn an additional $.50 bonus on any of your
sign-ups from the United States or Canada.
2. Earn an additional $8 bonus on any of your
sign-ups that achieve the rank of Team Leader
within 90 days of signing up.
PPA bounties are calculated once per month
(approximately the 10th of each month) for
previous activities when general SFI commissions
are processed. For further quality assurance
purposes, PPA commissions are also processed
60 days in arrears. Example: PPA sign-ups
generated in July are processed when SFI
commissions are processed for September and
will be paid out when September’s commissions
are processed on or around October 10th.
Important Notes, Rules, & Restrictions
1. SFI reserves the right to immediately and
indefinitely suspend an affiliate from participation
in the PPA program if fraud is suspected.
2. Bounty amounts and qualification formulas are
subject to change.
3. Be sure you understand that the affiliate sign-
ups you generate from your participation in the
PPA program will NOT be recorded as personally-
sponsored affiliates or go into your downline. Put
simply, if you participate in the PPA program, you
can earn money upfront, but you give up all the
long-term sponsorship benefits and potential
residual income. Please make sure you carefully
consider this before participating in the PPA
program.
4. There is a finite amount of demand for these
sign-ups. It is therefore possible that the PPA
program can be temporarily suspended if supply
outruns demand. Should we anticipate this
occurring, SFI will notify current participants and
advise a course of action.

What are some tips on getting the most from my up-and-coming leaders?

What are some tips on getting the most from my
up-and-coming leaders?
06/10/2014
Getting the most from your up-and-coming
leaders is about quality, not quantity…and the
power of duplication.
Many SFI affiliates sponsor dozens, even
hundreds of affiliates and never see great
success.
WHY?
The fact is, you don’t need to sponsor tons of
affiliates to be successful. Rather, you simply
need to sponsor a handful of good people who
DUPLICATE what you do.
Yes, regularly sponsoring new affiliates is very
important, but it should not be 100% of what you
do. At least 50% of your time and effort should be
spent working with those who you’ve already
sponsored, teaching them how to do what you
do.
Have you ever said to yourself, “Gee, if I just had
a few people just like me!”?
Indeed, this is the key. And the way you “clone”
yourself is by identifying your affiliates who show
serious interest and then working with them any
way you can to get them fully engaged and
active.
How do you identify these future leaders? You can
start by contacting every affiliate you sponsor
who completes the Affiliate Profile. You can
identify these future go-getters by looking in your
Genealogy.
So what should you say to the affiliates you’ve
identified? A very simple and direct message
would work nicely; something like this:
Dear John,
In reviewing my reports of active affiliates in my
group, I noticed your name.
John, one of the most important things I do is
help develop future leaders in my group. The fact
is, I can only be successful if the affiliates I
sponsor are successful. Therefore, I make myself
available in any way I can to help support those
in my group who I believe have potential.
If you are serious about building a successful and
profitable business with SFI, please let me know.
There are many ways I can help you so let me
hear from you, and we’ll get started.
Sincerely,
Your Name
Your contact information
IMPORTANT TIP: Even the most well-written
message will do you no good if it never arrives in
your affiliate’s e-mail inbox. Make sure your
welcome letters and other messages don’t fall
prey to the various spam filters used by all e-
mail hosts. These filters typically identify words
(especially if used repeatedly in an e-mail) they
deem likely used in spam. Fortunately, there are
numerous free online tools you can use to help
ensure your messages don’t get flagged as spam
and instead reach your recipient’s inbox as
intended. For maximum effectiveness, we
recommend you check each of your messages
using two or more of these checkers:

How should I follow up with prospective and existing affiliates?

How should I follow up with prospective and
existing affiliates?
11/04/2014
The most successful and highest-earning
entrepreneurs know that “the fortune is in the
follow-up” and capitalize on it by always
following up multiple times. Indeed, according to
The National Sales Executive Association and The
Mind Capture Group , the average sale is closed
as follows:
2% on 1st contact
3% on 2nd contact
5% on 3rd contact
10% on 4th contact
80% on 5th through 12th contact
Your follow-up technique and message will differ
depending on the group you’re contacting.
Basically, these groups fall into three categories:
Prospective Affiliates You’re Going To Sponsor
Personally Sponsored Affiliates (PSAs)
Executive Affiliates, Team Leaders
Read on for tips, strategies, and tools for
effective and profitable follow-ups within each
group:
Prospective Affiliates You’re Going To Sponsor
Here are our suggested guidelines for following up
with those interested in joining SFI:
1. Keep it simple! Provide concise instructions. A
confused mind will not act.
2. Always identify yourself as an SFI Marketing
Group affiliate so they make the connection as to
why you’re contacting them. If you’re going to be
their personal Sponsor or Team Leader, let them
know that, too.
3. Make it short, friendly, and personal. Use their
name in your salutation if you can.
4. Offer to answer questions they might have
about SFI and home business in general. You may
also wish to include a short testimonial of how
the system is working for you (if you’ve got a
good, strong testimonial to offer, that is). Offer
friendly guidance and support!
5. Do NOT make aggressive statements like, “If
you want to make money with this you need to
accumulate 1,500 VersaPoints now.” This will
only cause backlash and cause people to opt out
of SFI. Our system clearly works, and one big
reason is because we bring people through in
steps, without undue pressure. We show them the
BENEFITS of participating in SFI and let them
decide. There’s no need to twist anyone’s arm.
6. Do NOT get into long, drawn-out explanations
of the compensation plans, TripleClicks products,
etc. You may, however, wish to let your prospects
know that detailed information on these topics
and others will be available to them immediately
upon joining SFI.
7. Remind them that there’s no obligation or cost
to join SFI. They can take their time, learn about
all the benefits of SFI, and take advantage of our
free training.
8. Do NOT confuse them with references to other
products, services, or business opportunities.
Personally Sponsored Affiliates (PSAs)
When your Personally Sponsored Affiliates (PSAs)
first sign up with SFI, our Website guides them
through the initial steps and suggestions they
need to get started right, including letting them
know about the New Member Pack available to
them within their first 10 days in the program.
For a list of all your Sponsored Affiliates, see your
Genealogy report .
Some suggested guidelines for following up with
your PSAs:
1. Always identify yourself as an SFI Marketing
Group affiliate so your new affiliates make the
connection as to why you’re contacting them. If
you’re their Sponsor, let them know that, too.
2. Refer ALL your new PSAs to their To-Do List at
the SFI homepage, where they can begin to
immediately familiarize themselves with SFI’s
simple plan for maximizing success. Make sure
your EAs and TLs remain familiar with the To-Do
List at the SFI Affiliate Center homepage.
3. Make your communication (e-mail, print, etc.)
with them short, friendly, and personal (if
possible). Use their name in your salutation if you
can.
TIP: For a sample e-mail you can use to welcome
new affiliates, click HERE …then, send your
personalized welcome letters using the tools
at your Genealogy report . PLUS, check out the
STREAM tab on your home page, along with your
PSA Mailer , CSA Mailer , and group messaging
tools for easy ways to communicate regularly
with your downline.
4. Offer to answer questions they might have.
Offer to assist them in getting their new business
up and running. Offer ways you can work together
to build your businesses (remember,
TEAMWORKING is the key to building huge
incomes with our system!!). You may also wish to
include a short testimonial of how the system is
working for you (if you’ve got a good, strong
testimonial to offer, that is). Offer your friendship.
Above all else, help us get our new affiliate off to
a good start!
5. Do NOT make aggressive statements like, “If
you want to make money with this you need to
accumulate 1,500 VersaPoints now.” This will
only cause backlash and cause people to opt out
of SFI. Our system clearly works, and one big
reason is because we bring people through in
steps, without undue pressure. We show them the
BENEFITS of participating in SFI and let them
decide. There’s no need to twist anyone’s arm.
6. Do NOT get into long, drawn-out explanations
of the compensation plan, SFI products, etc.
Simply encourage them to log in at the Affiliate
Center and check out the To-Do List at the SFI
homepage. Also, encourage them to complete
their Affiliate Profile if they haven’t already and
point them to other helpful areas of the SFI
Affiliate Center, such as the SFI Forum , SFI
Basics , LaunchPad, and our Support Desk, for
more information and details. The power is our
SYSTEM. Stay focused on that!
7. Do NOT confuse them with references to other
products, services, or business opportunities. (In
fact, this is considered “cross-solicitation,” a
serious violation of SFI policy that is grounds for
termination.)
Executive Affiliates, Team Leaders
An affiliate who has accumulated at least 1,500
VersaPoints for the month also earns the VIP title
of Executive Affiliate or, with at least 3,000 points,
the VIP title of Team Leader. These affiliates will
be noted on your Genealogy Report . Here are our
suggested guidelines for following up with these
up-and-coming leaders:
1. Always identify yourself as an SFI Marketing
Group affiliate so your EAs and TLs make the
connection as to why you’re contacting them.
2. Ensure ALL your EAs and TLs remain familiar
with the To-Do List (including any updates) at
the SFI Affiliate Center homepage.
3. Make your communication (e-mail, print, etc.)
with them short, friendly, and (if possible)
personal. Use their name in your salutation if
applicable. TIP:
Check out the STREAM tab on your home page
for an easy way to post short notices and
reminders to all or some of your affiliates logged
into the Affiliate Center. Also, use your PSA
Mailer , CSA Mailer , and group messaging tools for
easy ways to e-mail newsletters, notices, and
other group-specific messages.
4. Offer to answer questions they might have.
Offer to assist them in achieving the goal of
DUPLICATING your team-building efforts and
accumulating VersaPoints each month. Offer ways
you can work with your affiliates to achieve the
maximum amount of VersaPoints they can each
month and build your businesses together
(remember, TEAMWORKING is the key to building
huge incomes with our system!!). You may also
wish to include a short testimonial of how the
system is working for you (if you’ve got a good,
strong testimonial to offer, that is). Offer your
friendship. Above all else, encourage your EAs and
TLs to continue to take action and build their
businesses!
5. Do NOT make aggressive statements like, “If
you want to make money with this you need to
accumulate 3,000 VersaPoints now.” This will
only cause backlash and cause people to opt out
of SFI. Our system clearly works, and one big
reason is because we bring people through in
steps, without undue pressure. We show them the
BENEFITS of participating in SFI and let them
decide. There’s no need to twist anyone’s arm.
6. Do NOT get into long, drawn-out explanations
of the compensation plan, TripleClicks products,
etc. Simply encourage your EAs and TLs to log in
at the Affiliate Center and check out the To-Do
List at the SFI homepage. Also, encourage them
to complete their Affiliate Profile if they haven’t
already and point them to other helpful areas of
the SFI Affiliate Center, such as the SFI Forum ,
SFI Basics , LaunchPad, and our Support Desk, for
more information and details. The power is our
SYSTEM. Stay focused on that!
7. Do NOT confuse them with references to other
products, services, or business opportunities. (In
fact, this is considered “cross-solicitation,” a
serious violation of SFI policy that is grounds for
termination.)

Encouraging ECAs (E-Commerce Affiliates)

Encourage ECAs, boost your bottom line
Help boost the growing vitality and product
variety at TripleClicks.com by encouraging ECAs
(E-Commerce Affiliates) at the store.
It’s easy! First, view the ECA Report and click a
linked company name to view an ECA’s offerings.
Note that this link is already embedded with your
SFI ID number. If you like the company’s
offerings, just use this URL to promote the ECA’s
“store within a store.” You’ll help encourage the
ECA to post more products, and you’ll also earn
up to 45% CV Customer Commissions on any
sales you generate!
PLUS…for those ECAs that really impress you, be
sure to click the “Connect” button next to the
ECA’s name on the report. ECAs build their
“power rankings” based on the number of
“connections” they accumulate. Note that you
may receive special offers, etc. from the ECAs you
connect with!

Weekly Newsletters

However one thing that always helps me is to
keep a file of great tips and ideas that I read on
the SFI site.
As I read the Tips of the Day, Ask SC questions,
the Forum and even SFI News I have no problem
with copying the content of these areas if I find
something helpful or interesting.
No. Don’t be afraid that you will be accused of
plagiarism (Wow! I would be super flattered if
someone thought enough of my material to help
build their team!) You are simply taking
something that is useful, and has helped you, and
passing it along to your team. Not everyone in
your team is going to read the Forum or even the
Tip of the Day. But if something strikes you as
being very insightful or helpful it is almost your
responsibility to pass it on.
Most times I will give credit to the affiliate who
wrote the content (unless I forgot who it was)
but if I don’t I always make reference to where I
found the material so maybe others on your team
will go there on their own in the future.
Don’t try to reinvent the wheel. SFI and it’s
affiliates produce the very best content for you to
help build and motivate your team.

Life Shift By Aleta

Life Shift: Let Go and Live Your Dream
In an effort to fully compete in a man’s world,
contemporary women have become alpha
females. We rely on masculine traits–the
testosterone energies of action, focus,
determination, and self-reliance–to create
success and achieve our goals. We are now
coming to realize that while we have mastered
these means for pursuing our dreams, we have
neglected the equally valuable and
complementary energies of magnetism,
receptivity, and intuition–the Magnetic Female. In
“Life Shift,” Aleta presents her techniques for
breaking through our emotional blocks and
allowing our Magnetic Female and alpha energies
to interact and harmonize with each other. She
teaches skills that open the doors to a powerful
co-creative relationship between these two forces
within us and guides us to use these tools to
identify our desires, engage our dreams, and
realize our destinies.

Awesome Sponsor

Scoring VersaPoints and generating sales at
TripleClicks.com are a great way to earn money
with SFI. To create a MAJOR monthly income
stream, however, you’ve got to lead and grow a
team of active SFI affiliates and tap into the
ultimate jewel in SFI’s compensation plan–
VersaPoints Matching.
VersaPoints Matching means that every month
you can get matching shares of the TripleClicks
Executive Pool on every affiliate under you within
up to 12 generations downline (and on every one
of your Co-Sponsored Affiliates, too). In other
words, for every VP they earn, YOU can earn
matching VP!
Many SFI affiliates earn THOUSANDS of matching
shares EACH MONTH on the activities of
HUNDREDS of affiliates! YOU can join them by
following the guidelines provided in this article.
Tip: Print this article out and go through each
item one by one. How many of the 24 DOs are
you employing in your SFI business to create
monthly growth? How many of the 8 DON’Ts are
you guilty of that may be sabotaging your
success? We’ve provided you with the guidelines,
now it’s up to YOU.
DO’s
1. DO, first and foremost, always lead by
example. Do all the things that you want your
downline members to do, and they will follow
your lead. Learn more .
 ASK SC: How do I get my downline to focus on
duplication? How do I explain the importance of
duplication to them?
 ASK SC: Why is creating duplication in your SFI
business important?
 ASK SC: How do I assure that duplication
happens in those I sponsor?
2. DO offer and provide robust support to you
downline always. Never forget that YOU succeed
only if THEY succeed. Learn more .
3. DO “work with the workers” and never forget
this critical principle. Learn more .
4. DO fully complete your Leadership Page , and
then keep it fresh by checking it at least weekly
for needed updates and/or for adding new
content.
 ASK SC: What is the best way to make my
Leadership Page more effective?
 ASK SC: What should you write about on your
blog on your SFI Leadership Page?
5. DO send out a weekly newsletter to your entire
downline and CSAs. You can use the group mailer
in your Genealogy , the PSA Mailer , and/or CSA
Mailer . Tip: Not sure what to say? Pick and
choose from the numerous sample messages
provided HERE. Another tip: Don’t expect lots of
responses. Instead, stay focused on publishing
valuable information each week. Remember, most
people are highly skeptical that they can make
money on the Internet. Over time, your
consistency will demonstrate that SFI is real, that
you’re real, and then they’ll want to jump in.
Think of your weekly newsletters as follow-ups.
In the advertising world, it’s well-known that
most people have to be exposed to something at
least 10 times before they even notice it…and
often many times more before they will take
action such as making a purchase. Use this
knowledge to your advantage with a regular,
weekly newsletter!
6. DO include your Leadership Page URL in all
correspondence with your team (the URL is
http://www.sfimg.com/leadership/{$affiliate->sfiid} ),
and encourage your team members to visit your
Leadership Page regularly. For example, always
include it in your weekly newsletter something
like, Visit my Leadership Page for the latest tips,
contests, and more for our team at:
http://www.sfimg.com/leadership/{$affiliate->sfiid} .
7. DO set up contests using your Leadership Page
“Rewards/Incentives” section. This will be a
GREAT way to to motivate your team by
providing specific, actionable goals. You can set
the specifications for each of your contests (who
is eligible to enter, what the qualifications to win
are, the starting and ending dates, restrictions,
and of course the prize—which can be TCredits,
PSA reassignments, or gift certificates). When
your downline members go to your LP, all
contests they are eligible for will be automatically
presented to them to enter! Also, be sure to test
different types of contests for different segments
of your team, such as EAs only or affiliates only
or PSAs only. Then PROMOTE your contests
regularly in your newsletters, Stream postings,
etc.
 ASK SC: How do I get my downline members to
participate in my team contests?
 ASK SC: What kinds of contests do your affiliates
seem to respond best to?
 ASK SC: What is your experience or your opinion
about running contests (and providing prizes) to
motivate your PSAs?
8. DO post a message on your SFI home page’s
Stream tab at least every three days. Major
announcements or deep thoughts are
unnecessary. Instead, post a brief word of
encouragement, a short tip or insight, a favorite
quote, a quick comment regarding a recent SFI
news item, a thank you, recognition of team
members who have reached a milestone, or just a
description of what you’re doing to build your SFI
business today.
9. DO answer all e-mails you receive from your
team members within 24 hours–sooner if
possible.
10. DO think big and act boldly. Learn more .
11. DO regularly check My Movers and/or your
Genealogy for team members who are online at
the SFI Affiliate Center. Start up conversations
with them.
12. DO, when you receive an e-mail notification of
a new PSA, click the included link and see if they
are online now. If so, don’t waste a second; start
up an “SFIM” online chat with them. Start with a
Hi, I’m your SFI sponsor, {YOUR NAME}.
Welcome to SFI! Can I help you to get started?
This is one of the absolute best ways to connect
with a new PSA and start them on the road to
success in SFI (which, of course, adds to your
success).
13. DO encourage your affiliates to use a2a to
find SFI’ers in their region–especially if they live
in countries other than yours. “Locals” may know
about the culture, marketing, etc., that works
there—things you may not be aware of. You can
also help your international affiliates find good
locals by identifying them yourself and then
forwarding to them the URL of their Affiliate
Snapshot. From the Affiliate Snapshot, they can
become a2a friends by simply clicking the a2a
Friend Request button located under the photo.
Tip: Build a list of top international a2a’ers on
your own “Top Friends” list to refer your affiliates
to. Example: You gain a new PSA from Indonesia.
Go to your Top Friends list, click the name of one
of the Indonesians you’ve added. Now copy the
URL of their Affiliate Snapshot and send it to your
new PSA and encourage them to request a2a
friendship with your Indonesian a2a friend.
 ASK SC: How can I get the most out of the a2a
program?
 ASK SC: How do I get my a2a friends to offer
positive support and assistance?
 ASK SC: How does a2a help me build my SFI
business?
14. DO use your SFI badges to lead by example.
Remember, when your team members visit your
Leadership Page (or view your Affiliate Snapshot),
your badges are displayed to them. Your team
members will do as you do. Hence, make sure
everything you want them to do you’ve got the
badge for on YOUR page…such as: Fast Track ,
Standing Order, a high Power Rank , a high VP
leaderboard rank, W3 membership, E365 finalist,
S-Builder , etc. If your page isn’t sporting these
badges, don’t expect your downline members to
work for them either. Lead by example!
 ASK SC: How can you best use your badges (Top
10 Power Rank, E365 Finalist, etc.) to grow your
SFI business?
 ASK SC: Why are badges so important?
15. DO work with and cheer on all your PSAs who
are currently in the E365 contest. Just go to the
E365 Leaderboard and select “My PSAs.” Tip:
Clicking their name will display their Affiliate
Snapshot. Their Snapshot contains specific
details on their current status in the E365
contest–as well as a link to their VP Ledger so
you can see what points are available to them.
Use this information to personalize your support
messages to them.
16. DO also work with and cheer on all your CSAs
who are currently in the E365 contest. Just go to
the E365 Leaderboard and select “My CSAs.” See
previous “DO” for additional tips you can use with
your CSAs in the E365 contest.
17. DO write a good ” My Best Tip ” and make sure
it’s spell checked and the grammar is correct.
Your downline will be seeing your tip on your
Affiliate Snapshot and Leadership Page . This is a
one of the best places to show your team what
kind of leader you are. Add/edit your tip HERE .
18. DO spend a few minutes every day at the SFI
Forum. Be visible to the SFI community as a
whole and to your downline, especially by posting
regularly. Share tips and answer questions that
are posted. Show your downline that you’re a
leader at the Forum too.
19. DO recognize the good works and milestones
of your team members. Everyone likes to have
their accomplishments recognized! You can use a
combination of venues, including the Recognition
section of your Leadership Page , the Recognition
section at the SFI Forum, your weekly
newsletters, and TeamTalk posts on Stream.
Recognize new affiliates, new EAs, and new Team
Leaders. Recognize milestones, such as: first PSA
sign-up; first PRM sign-up; first TripleClicks sale;
and achieving the rank of Fast-Track Member, EA,
and EA2. Recognize the advancements of your
PSAs in the Entrepreneur365 Challenge, etc. Learn

20. DO reassign PSAs. Here’s the strategy we
recommend: Using My Movers and/or your
Genealogy, identify your five best, most active
PSAs. You want to help each of these five
become a PTL (Platinum Team Leader). Reassign
equally all of your other PSAs under these
five…and let them know what you’ve done. Note:
Don’t fret about doing these reassignments. You
can earn Matching VP (override income) on every
person you reassign so you can still directly
benefit from all of their actions. Assuming you’ve
chosen your five potential leaders well, you now
have five very excited PSAs who are now even
more motivated to work and build their SFI
businesses. PLUS, by narrowing everything down
to five people, you can put the immense power of
FOCUS to work for you. Be at their beck and call,
and work with each of your five PSAs closely,
ideally on a daily basis. This is where you’ll
create the momentum that manifests in ever-
larger monthly commissions. Note: If you don’t
yet have five go-getters, start with two or three.
You can always add people later. Must you stop
with five? No, but you can earn a massive income
with just 5 to 10 superstar PSAs, so don’t spread
yourself too thin going any wider on your front
line. More on this topic here .
 ASK SC: As a new Team Leader, how do you
know when you have enough PSA’s to reassign to
your downline?
 ASK SC: How do I decide which PSAs I should
reassign affiliates to and what should I tell the
PSAs who receives the reassignments?
 ASK SC: I have affiliates who are inactive. Is it a
good idea or bad idea to reassign them to my
active affiliates?
 ASK SC: Is it a good idea to reassign your PSAs
to someone in their own country?
21. DO run an advertising co-op for your team if
you can. Use SFI’s Co-op Manager; it does all
the heavy lifting and makes setting up and
maintaining a team co-op simple and easy.
 ASK SC: Does having a co-op for your downline
help get them active and stay active?
 ASK SC: If I set up a co-op, how do I get my
downline to participate in it?
 ASK SC: What are the best ways to set up an
advertising co-op for my affiliates?
 ASK SC: How should I set up an advertising co-
op for my affiliates?
22. DO add your own creativity to your
marketing. “In the years before we launched SFI, I
ALWAYS created my own marketing tools to
promote the companies I was associated with,
and it was a major reason for my success,” says
SFI Founder, Gery Carson. Yes, you must stay
within the boundaries of SFI’s advertising
policies, but there is plenty of room to add your
own touches, your own story, your own style, to
create marketing that works for YOU.
 ASK SC: What are some original, creative
methods you have used to promote your SFI
business?
23. DO read every day. Always remember that
leaders are readers! Learn more .
24. DO apply and use the SFI Rules Of Success at
all times!
DONT’s
1. DON’T set up an autoresponder or canned text
for replying to team members who’ve contacted
you. Doing so is a MAJOR turn-off and is
absolutely counter to how you achieve success in
SFI. Duplication and big commissions are built on
the creation and maintaining of good, strong
relationships with your team members. You
cannot build a relationship by ignoring someone
or substituting the personal touch with
automation.
2. DON’T twist people’s arms about “upgrading”
or becoming an EA. Do this and you may actually
get the OPPOSITE result! Learn what you SHOULD
be emphasizing HERE.
3. DON’T do actions that you don’t want your
downline to emulate. Remember, as spelled out in
the first “DO” above, your downline follows your
lead—good OR bad! If your downline gets the
impression that YOU do nothing, they’ll likely do
the same…NOTHING.
4. DON’T set up a support Website for your team
unless you are prepared to keep it up to date (SFI
is constantly evolving and adding programs/
features).
5. DON’T be sloppy and unprofessional in your
communications with your team members.
Leaders get the details right.
6. DON’T major in minors. Learn more .
7. DON’T do things for your affiliates that they
should do themselves—or you will create
“dependents.”
8. DON’T waste your time on skeptics and non-
motivated people. You and SFI can only provide
the track for them to run on. You cannot drag
people across the finish line. They have to want it
for themselves. Always focus on the workers.

SFI and TripleClicks are global , so we advertise both locally and internationally.
Now since you want to know which is better, I
will say locally is better.
Since you want to know ‘why’, I’ll say – You can
make a big strong local group and recruit shops.
Buy your daily products locally and get AVPs,
MRPs, CVs and save on shipping fees. (This is
what I’m planning to do).
I’ll give more reasons as follows:
* It is easy to recruit a person that you can talk
to face to face than a person on internet.
*It is easy to do follow ups and encourage on
local people than on internet, especially face to
face.
* You can arrange and meet, then show them
things and help them with problem than on
internet.
* You can meet and plan strategies together.
* You can meet, encourage and go together on
recruiting.
* You will end up getting people who will join you
without recruiting them, etc
